- PC-TEK ensure that all products over $50 leave our Premises via Registered Post & are Fully insured for both our peace of minds. All products are packed professionally with multiple layers or bubble wrap & Void fill when necessary to ensure secure transportation. Items over 20kg will be shipped via courier therefore we will require your suburb and postcode to get you a courier quote. Shipping charges are as listed per item descriptions shipping section.

Returns & Replacements
- All BRAND NEW Products that we sell carry full Manufacturer's Warranty. If a NEW Product happens to be factory faulty item, then we will offer you exchange or refund though we have to be notified within 3-days of you receiving the item.
You can notify us via:
1. Call - Call us at (03) 8555 2510. We are available from Mon-Friday 10am-6pm & Saturday 11am-5pm. Please have the invoice number and the name on the invoice ready with you.
2. Email - Send us the details with the invoice number and the name on the invoice at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If item becomes faulty during your Manufacturer's warranty then you have to contact manufacturer's service center to be repaired. All other items will have their own specified warranty period, please check this prior to placing your order.
- Please note: It is not possible to pick up orders paid for with PayPal in store.
- Eftpos available in store. Credit incurs a 2% surcharge. Paypal, Bank Deposit, Bank Internet transfer, Personal or Business Cheques Cheques should be sent to: 1477 Centre road, Clayton, Victoria 3168 with order number on back of the cheque

Terms of sale
- Payments must be made within 4 days of order unless you have contacted us to extend time prior to placing an order. Items are Guaranteed to be exactly as per description. Items specified clearly in the items description that they are sold 'as is' condition will not be refunded. Refunds are only accepted when items have been returned in the exact condition & with same specifications as they were shipped with Serial Numbers are Placed on Tax invoice & if an item is returned the serial number must match & not removed from units Warranty will not be honored if item/items have had their serial numbers removed or not accompanied by our Invoice
